Privacy Policy

This describes exactly what the Service stores. It is deliberately short, because the Service deliberately stores little.

What we store

• Your account. A user ID and email address, supplied by our authentication provider when you sign up.
• Your subscription. A Stripe customer ID and the current status of your subscription. We never see or store your card details — those go directly to Stripe.
• Your conversions. For each job: the source filename, the target format, status, and the resulting model files.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
• We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
• We do not read the contents of your uploads for any purpose other than converting them.

Processors we rely on

• Clerk — authentication and account management.
• Stripe — payments and subscription billing.

Each handles your data under its own privacy policy.

Retention

Uploaded archives and converted output are kept so you can re-download them, and are removed when you delete the job or close your account. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it, by emailing chris.ridgeway01@gmail.com. Deleting your account cancels your subscription.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner.
