Terms of Service

gta3dmodels.xyz (“the Service”) converts Grand Theft Auto V mod files into standard 3D formats and previews them in your browser. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

What the Service does

You supply a mod archive you already have. The Service extracts its RAGE assets, converts them to OBJ, FBX, GLTF or GLB, and lets you view and arrange them. The Service is a file conversion and viewing tool.

What you are responsible for

  • You must have the right to convert any file you upload. Most GTA V mods are the copyrighted work of their individual authors, and many incorporate assets owned by Rockstar Games / Take-Two Interactive.
  • You confirm this at upload time. Do not upload files you do not have permission to use.
  • Converted output is for your own use. This Service grants you no rights in anyone else’s work, and converting a file does not make you its owner.
  • The catalogue links to mods hosted on third-party sites. Those mods are their authors’ work and are governed by whatever terms those authors and sites set, not by us.

Acceptable use

  • No automated or bulk use beyond normal interactive use.
  • No attempt to disrupt, overload or probe the Service.
  • No use to infringe someone else’s rights.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why if we do.

Subscription

Conversion requires an active subscription, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay. Cancel any time; see the refund policy.

Availability and liability

The Service is provided as is. Conversion is best-effort: mods vary enormously in structure and some will not convert cleanly. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three months.

Takedown requests

If you are a rights holder and believe the Service is being used to infringe your work, email chris.ridgeway01@gmail.com with the work concerned and where it appears. We will act promptly.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to subscribers before they take effect.
