Cancelling

Cancel any time from your dashboard. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops. No cancellation fee, and no need to email anyone.

Refunds

• Within 14 days of your first payment — full refund, for any reason, just ask.
• If the Service could not do what it promised — for example conversions failing on your files because of a fault on our side — a full refund of the affected period.
• Accidental renewal — if you meant to cancel and didn’t, tell us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it.

What is not refunded

Past months you actively used the Service for. Conversion is best-effort and some mods will not convert cleanly — if that happens on your very first period, the 14-day refund above covers you.

How to ask

Email chris.ridgeway01@gmail.com from your account address. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
